White Bear Computer Repair is excited to announce the opening of our new office in downtown White Bear Lake on August 2nd, 2021. Our initial vision focused on providing remote and on-site computer repair to the White Bear Lake community. This service offering makes sense with many people working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we know that not having a physical office location can make some people feel uncomfortable.
We want our customers to know that we are here as part of the White Bear Lake community. For that reason, we felt it was necessary to have a physical office location. There are times a technician takes a computer off site if the repair time will be lengthy. Customers want to know that their computer is being repaired at an actual business location. You can’t provide that trust if you are taking their computer repair to your home to work on it. Customer want to know that their property is accessible.
